POSITION SUMMARY

The IT Infrastructure Engineer will be the technical lead for infrastructure projects and support for IT. This role will require an in-depth knowledge of IT systems, systems support, and a wide breadth of knowledge of computer/server operating systems.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Designing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the FS-ISAC IT systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 E5 capabilities, and experience remediating systems based on M365 recommendations.
  • Experience monitoring and remediating network issues, with the capability to stay current with IT advancements, and apply technology appropriate for FS-ISAC size.
  • Support Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Contribute to a variety of IT initiatives and projects.
  • Manage your contribution to IT projects by at all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Implementing existing and new security controls set forth by FS-ISAC management.
  • Manage permissions and access to IT resources using Active Directory/Azure Active Directory.
  • Manages user access across many devices, including mobile devices, desktop computers, and virtual endpoints using Intune.
  • Manage and work with Vendors (Service Providers) for other Infrastructure support.
  • Work in a hybrid environment using: AWS, Azure, on-prem, and VDI.
  • Manage firewalls.
  • Provide status on issues and projects.
  • Perform all other duties as required

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an IT systems engineer.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications.
  • High-level expertise in IT Infrastructure and system configuration.
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
