POSITION SUMMARY

The Global Intelligence Office (GIO) is a multi-functional, multinational team spanning 7 countries. The FS-ISAC’s GIO is responsible for the formal threat-sharing and analytical reporting for its members. The Administrative Assistant to the GIO will support this team, assisting the Chief Intelligence Officer and the regional teams with team tasks, including meeting management and support to the GIO's management of a UK-based community. This role requires a high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and multitasking skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Meeting management, including scheduling and reminders related to GIO-orchestrated calls and attendance records.
  • Administration related to UK-specific community, including email management, meeting coordination, templates and policy documentation updates, and meeting minutes.
  • Event management, including supporting event scheduling and attendance recording, working with the GIO host of the event and, if needed, the Europe Events Associate.
  • Support to Cases/tickets management for the GIO team.
  • Data entry into the CRM and Jira related to GIO communities, groups, and other activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational skills, including diary coordination and task tracking.
  • Advanced note-taking skills and ability to learn technical jargon.
  • Capability of working efficiently when handling multiple tasks.
  • 1-3 years administrative experience, especially with senior staff, desired.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zoom Sessions, and Jira desired.
  • Familiarity with SOP and policy formats.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position reports FSISAC London, UK office and will work a hybrid office schedule.
